Regalia for the order is simple - just a sash and two jewels. Most Surrey Conclaves meet twice in the year but there is a third meeting, organised annually by the Surrey Enthroned Sovereigns Conclave, when a team of knights drawn from all the Conclaves unites to confer the Orders of the Holy Sepulchre and St. John the Evangelist upon the new Knights-Companion who have been installed during the past year in all the other Conclaves.
